Meals99 is a digital product (PDF eBook). Because digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, standard e-commerce return policies do not apply. However, we stand behind the quality of our recipes.
If you experience any technical issues downloading the PDF, or if the file is corrupted, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will immediately provide a fresh download link or manually email you the file.
When Refunds Are Issued
- Duplicate Charges: If your payment method was charged multiple times for a single order due to a technical glitch.
- Non-Delivery: If you paid successfully but did not receive the download link via email or the checkout success page, and our support team cannot deliver it to you within 24 hours of you reaching out.
When Refunds Are Not Issued
- You simply changed your mind after downloading the product.
- You mistakenly believed this was a physical printed book (our website states clearly in multiple places that this is an Instant Digital PDF)[cite: 1, 2].
- You do not have the basic kitchen equipment (induction/gas stove, basic pans) required to cook the recipes.
How to Request Help or a Refund
Send an email to support@meals99.shop with the following details:
- The name and email address used during purchase.
- Your payment receipt or transaction ID from Superprofile[cite: 1, 2].
- A brief explanation of the issue.
Our team (TR Digi Store) will review your request and get back to you within 24-48 hours. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (UPI, Card, etc.) within 5-7 business days depending on your bank.
